The Organization has a legitimate interest in managing the contact data of natural persons providing services in a legal entity for the purpose of maintaining business relations with the legal entity where the data subject is providing services, as well as communications between the parties. Also, part of the communications made will be necessary for the provision of the services requested, so that the legitimacy of the treatment is based on the execution of a contract. The data will be kept for as long as your relationship with the Organization is active (and you do not request their deletion) and, in any case, for the periods stipulated by the regulations applicable to the processing described. |
