The legal basis for processing in the performance of a contract for the provision of health services The legal basis for the processing is compliance with a legal obligation established by Law 41/2002, of November 14, 2002, which regulates patient autonomy and the rights and obligations regarding clinical information and documentation, and Law 14/1986, of April 25, 1986, General Health Law. Treatment necessary for the purposes of preventive or occupational medicine, assessment of the worker’s capacity to work, medical diagnosis, provision of health or social care or treatment, or management of health and social care systems and services. |
Conservation period | The data will be kept for 5 years from the date of discharge from the last health care service and during the statute of limitations of our legal obligations or the legal or judicial actions that may be applicable. | |
Obligation to provide data | The data are necessary for the provision of services, otherwise they cannot be provided or received by the interested party. | |
