DR. Mª ELOÍSA
VILLAVERDE DOMENECH
The Dr. María Eloísa Villaverde Doménech He completed his studies in Medicine and Surgery at the Faculty of Medicine and Dentistry in Valencia between 2005 and 2011, with an average grade of “Outstanding.” During his training, he completed clinical rotations at foreign institutions such as the ULB Hospital (Université Libre de Bruxelles) in Brussels, Belgium, and the Hôpital Necker des Enfants Malades in Paris, France.
After preparing for the 2012 MIR exam, he ranked 26th out of more than 12,000 candidates, securing a residency position in Plastic, Reconstructive, and Aesthetic Surgery at the Hospital Universitari i Politècnic La Fe in Valencia. In 2017, he earned his certification as a Plastic, Reconstructive, and Aesthetic Surgeon in 2017, having trained in the Severe Burn Unit, as well as in the Pediatric Plastic Surgery Department and the Plastic Surgery and Microsurgery Department.
In addition, he completed training stints at other prestigious national and international centers, such as the Intermutual de Levante Hospital, the Cavadas Clinic, the Hôpital Necker des Enfants Malades (Paris, France), NYU Hospital (New York University Hospital, United States), the Teknon Medical Center (Barcelona), the Hospital de Denia, and the Hospital Provincial de Castellón. At the same time, he earned his doctorate with the highest distinction,“excellent cum laude,”from the University of Valencia.
In addition, Dr. Villaverde continues to stay up to date by participating in courses and conferences, and has received several national and international awards and honors throughout her professional career. She also continues her research work by publishing articles in the most prominent scientific journals in her field, both nationally and internationally.
He currently works as a specialist in plastic and reconstructive surgery at the La Fe University and Polytechnic Hospital in Valencia, in the Burn Unit, as well as at his own private clinic, where he primarily performs plastic and cosmetic surgery procedures.
